A very special feature of the discount policies at University Music Service is our annual summer "Early Bird" Promotion. Here are the specifics of this special offer:

1	We accept "Early Bird" orders between May 1 and July 20 of each year. You may phone in your order toll free (800-858-3000), fax it in toll free (888-858-8289), E-Mail it to us, or place it via our Online Order Form.
2	Your order must be clearly marked with the words "Early Bird" or it will be filled as a daily order at normal discount terms. If you phone in your order, be sure to tell us that you are placing an "Early Bird" order!
3	"Early Bird" Orders will be processed over the summer and shipped in mid-to-late August. The promotion is primarily designed for those who can plan their Fall repertoire in advance and who will not need their music orders until later in the summer.
4	On orders for choral music, the minimum quantity is 20 copies per title.
5	Please indicate the title, composer/arranger, voicing/ensemble, publisher, and catalog number (if available) for each title, as well as the desired quantity. If you give catalog numbers, please be certain that each number is accurate for the voicing you require - publishers fill orders now by number, not title, so if you give an inaccurate catalog number you will get the wrong music!
6	Please allow at least four weeks for the importing of foreign titles. Although many foreign music publications are available to us through American distributors, in the case of non-exclusive agencies we can sometimes offer better prices by importing directly from the foreign publishers.
7	As always, music supplied on definite order is non-returnable, so please check your music library first before ordering.
8	For institutional orders, invoices will be sent as full or partial orders are shipped, and must be paid within terms for discounts to apply. Orders from individuals must be billed to a credit card -- we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please provide your card number when ordering.
